The two gable walls are constructed with 20 cm thick brick lined with 30 cm stone layer. The roof is a complex timber truss at a 180-degree slope covered in hollow roof tile.

All outside walls are finished with heatproofing plaster and painted in warm earthy colours.

The ceiling in the bedrooms and the living room on the upper floor is constructed to show the bearing structure constructed with old oak beams and timber (oak) covering. The roof structure on the terrace is also made with old oak beams and the covering with hand made terracotta bricks.

The floors in the bedrooms are covered in old-fashioned oak boards, in the living room, kitchen and basement the floor is covered in high quality 30×30 cm cotto-type tiles, and in all other rooms in appropriate tiles.

Cooling and heating in all rooms is provided by split system A/C units. Water is heated by an 80 l water heater in the bathroom and low-pressure water heaters in the kitchens. Water heaters come with the house.

Windows, shutters, terrace door and all outside doors are made from larch, and internal doors from oak. Glazed surfaces on windows and terrace doors are made with double heatproofing glass.

Inside doors and doors to auxiliary rooms are equipped with simple locks and outside doors and main entrance door with quality locks. Door handles and hinges are of standard quality.

Bathroom elements and appliances (toilet, washbasin, bidet, shower) are provided in quality ceramic resistant to various damages. Bathtubs are made in acrylic materials. Both showers and bathtubs will be equipped with cold and hot water mixing faucets. Other bathroom equipment and furniture is at the client’s expense and must be purchased after handover.

Houses are provided with separate electric meters.

Installations for all heating appliances (Air conditioning, cooker, water heaters, bathroom heaters, washing-machine and dishwasher) are provided.

The maximum connected load for the flats is 7.36 kW.

Houses are provided with telephone installations. The door phone is linked to the main entrance into the front yard of the development and to the gate opening system. TV installations cover the national HRT channels and foreign channels through the TV-SAT. Telephone operator will be chosen by the Client to suit his/her requirements.
