Histria construct Ltd. are building four family houses at the Butkovići near Svetvinčenat. The villas are being built on rather large building plots surrounded by pastures, woods and farmed fields. Butkovići is a small Istrian village in the southern end of central Istria. The village is imbued with peace, untouched nature and is ideal for living in or spending the holidays.
Butkovići is only 20 km far from the historical and economic centre of Istria – Pula. The Amphiteatre of Pula, the sixth largest Roman Amphiteatre in the world, witnesses the great importance Pula and Istria have had since the Roman times
The Pula Airport is only 22 km away.
Of the small Istrian towns, Butkovići is closest to Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat. Vodnjan is well known for the interior of the Church of St. Blasius, where holy bodies of saints, originating from the early years of Christianity, are preserved. Svetvinčenat is a precious little town in Istria.
The most picturesque is its central Renaissance square called „Placa“, dominated by the Grimani Castle, the symbol of the town, the church and a number of houses featuring the same style.
Another natural and historical landmark situated near Butkovići is the Brijuni National Park, the outstanding pearl of Istrian natural heritage. The journey to the beaches either on the east coast of Istria or the west coast of Istria takes only 20 minutes by car.
