Modifications inside the house are possible. Modifications in the residential parts of the house can only be minor ones relating to the furnishing of bathrooms.

Larger modifications are possible in the basement area where the Client can define its purpose to suit his/her requirements.

A modification is considered agreed when the Client confirms it in writing and accepts the payment of additional costs, where applicable.

Additional equipment at all facilities: entrance gate with automatic electric. opening, automatic watering, outdoor barbecue, gazebo, special exterior lighting, air conditioners and other equipment according to customer.
