The company Histria construct Ltd. was established in 2006 with private capital. Its main activity is investments into development of family villas and flats to be sold on the market. At the moment we are building 4 family villas at the village of Butkovići located in the southern end of central Istria, near the towns of Svetvinčenat and Vodnjan.

In the construction we respect the elements of the rural architecture and we use the contractors whose expertise includes the technology of residential building in this part of Istria. We build only with high quality and manually prepared materials. The quality of construction is highlighted by spacious gardens which feature harmoniously incorporated facilities that will render your stay comfortable and relaxing.
